Noodles. A word that carries memories of centuries.
The smell of fresh pasta drying in the summer, on white sheets, at grandma's house...
It is perhaps one of the oldest pastas in the Mediterranean basin. In ancient Greece, we know that housewives made "laganon", a round and thin dough made of flour and water, which, after drying, was crushed with the hands and created a pasta similar to today's noodles.
Agrozymi noodles have all the flavor of tradition and are made with strictly selected ingredients. Noodles are one of the types of pasta that are not drained.
They are served together with their pureed juice, hence their current name. Enjoy them with roasted rooster, with chicken fillets, with a feta sauce or plain with a spoonful of yogurt and some freshly ground pepper.
