40 acres with 12 year old plants. Eastern exposure, opposite Mount Athos. The vineyards receive the beneficial effect of the midday sea breeze as well as the cool and moist night breezes from the surrounding mountains, which relieve the plants during the hot summer months

Flavor characteristics
Bright salmon color with gray highlights. Complex aromas of strawberry, cherry and cinnamon on a background of mineral elements. Generous in the mouth with crisp acidity, subtle notes of yeast and a long fruity aftertaste.

Fish, shellfish and seafood, white meat, pasta with white sauces. Serving suggestions
