Harvest

The herbs that make up the mixture are harvested on Mount Holomontas from 315m - 1030m altitude.

The composition of the HOLOMON organic herbs herbal mixture begins in March with the harvest of Chamomile, continuing with the harvest of Lavender and Linden in June. In July, the harvest of Lemon Balm takes place and we complete the process of collecting the herbal mixture in September with the harvest of Hops.

The selection of herbs is based on their stage of development. We always collect those parts of the plant that are suitable for the creation of the products, without inhibiting its growth. The harvesting of suitable strains is done by hand and then they are dried in specially designed natural drying areas, without the use of environmental machinery.

Standardization

Once the drying of the herbs is complete, the stems are hand-sorted again so that they can be taken to the standardization process, which takes place in certified, specially designed areas, with modern machinery to ensure the quality and safety of the final product.
