A product that combines the classic trachana with the deep earthy taste of porcini mushrooms and the particularity of Crocus Kozani.
Durum wheat flour is fermented with water, black pepper and Kozani yolk. It is then dried in natural conditions and dried Greek porcini mushrooms, dried parsley and a little potato are added.
So Agrozymi's mushroom soup contains all the ingredients to prepare a wonderful warm soup in a few minutes.
If you grind it in the blender, you have an impressive velouté mushroom soup.
