Classic handmade trachanas that hides in it all the flavor of tradition. Durum wheat flour from selected grains, fermented with fresh cow's milk, dried in natural conditions and then rubbed in a sieve. Turn it into a gourmet soup with a few gruyere flakes and chopped parsley.
