Honey Cotton
General : Cotton honey is one of the pure types of honey produced in Greece. Bees collect nectar from floral and extrafloral nectaries of the plant, as well as honeydew secreted by various insects that parasitize the crop.

COLOR : Light colored
AROMA : Fragrant with woody and citrus notes.
TASTE : Buttery sweet flavor with a long and slightly spicy aftertaste.
TASTE PAIRING: Combines with mountain tea, with hard cheeses and with fruits
Crystallization : Crystallizes quickly in 1-3 months. It is a normal development and has nothing to do with the quality or authenticity of the honey and its nutritional value is not affected.
Nutritional value: It is the richest honey in hydrogen peroxide.
This ranks it among the honeys with the highest bactericidal activity. It helps regulate intestinal function and stomach ailments.
