Mountain tea

It comes from the plant Sideritis spp or Dioscorides siderite, which is said to have been named after the Greek word 'iron' thanks to the healing effect of the plant against wounds caused by iron weapons.

It has been established that mountain tea contains a multitude of components, the main ones being flavonoids , diterpenes, phenylpropanes, iridoids and monoterpenes.
