From the privately owned vineyard, in the area of ​​Amygdalia Trilofos. At an altitude of 170m. with a slight slope and poor soil, the privately owned vineyard of the Xinomavro variety was planted.

The orientation of the lines helps in continuous ventilation so that with minimal interventions we can have excellent hygiene of the grapes. It is characterized by low yields and precocity.

Vinification

Red grape vinification with extraction.

Flavor characteristics

Bright rose color with aromas of wild fruits and citrus blossoms. In the mouth it is lively, rich in body with refreshing acidity. A balanced wine with impressive freshness.

Harmony

It is combined with Mediterranean dishes, cool salads, sushi, fish and pasta with seafood or sauces.
