Our big bet! We decided to prove that amazing spaghetti can also be produced in Greece.
It was simple! It only required excellent raw material, excellent technical knowledge and a lot of patience...
We selected the best semolina from the heart of the wheat, fermented it slowly, with strictly selected water, used exclusively bronze molds and dried it in natural slow drying conditions. The result vindicated us. Spaghetti that has all the flavor of an excellent quality wheat, the aromas of the earth and a unique coarse texture to hold every drop of the sauce. Enjoy it!
