Harvest

HOLOMON organic herbs' organic Oregano is collected from Mount Holomontas in July 2-3 days after full bloom at an altitude of 884m - 1160m. The selection of herbs is made based on their stage of development. We always collect those parts of the plant that are suitable for the creation of the products, without inhibiting its growth. The harvesting of suitable stems is done by hand and then dried in specially designed natural drying areas, without the use of environmental machinery.

Standardization

Once the drying of the herbs is complete, the stems are hand-sorted again so that they can be taken to the standardization process, which takes place in certified, specially designed areas, with modern machinery to ensure the quality and safety of the final product.
