Silky tannins, lively acidity, complex fruit aromas and the subtle touch of the barrel make for a wine that is particularly enjoyable now, while at the same time having the potential to evolve for many years to come.

Flavor Characteristics

Bright red color with purple highlights. Expressive and complex aromas of cherries, blackberry, rose, sweet spices but also notes of vegetation. Dense and elegant in the mouth, with lively acidity, refined tannins and a long aftertaste.

Harmony

Grilled red meats and game, braised white and red meats, mushroom dishes and mature cheeses.

Serving suggestions

Enjoy at 16-18°C. It is recommended to decant the wine half an hour before serving.
