The Great Taste Awards are the largest and most trusted food and drink awards on the planet.

From Tuesday 21 September, Georgaka honey can now display the unmistakable black and gold logo on its label, a seal of excellence recognized worldwide by retailers and consumers alike.

A few comments from the judges:

For the pine honey : This delicious honey has a wonderful haunting consistency and good clarity. We loved the deep rich flavor - a lovely honey.

About forest honey: This wonderful honey has a lovely color, an attractive earthy aroma and a smooth mouthfeel. The flavors develop well on the palate, with sweet notes of chestnut, followed by a woody earthy hint of oak.

"We work every day to collect what the bees create," says Argyris Georgakas. ''I am very happy that for the 6th ^year in a row we are among the winners of the awards. Especially the Georgaka pine honey is the only Greek variety that has been awarded consecutively for the last 6 years. People recognize the value of stars and trust our products again and again.
