The classic trachanas with the unique taste of fresh yogurt. Soft wheat flour from selected grains, fermented with fresh cow's yogurt, which gives trachanas its characteristic sub-acidic taste, and then dried in natural conditions. Ideal to enjoy classic trachano soups, adding some prosciutto, or feta cubes.

Boiling time: 12 minutes

Ingredients: Durum wheat flour, yogurt (fresh pasteurized whole cow's milk, yogurt culture).
